The breakfast spread was impressive. so many tasty options to choose from. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and the selection of cereals. The location made it easy to walk around Leamington. the plumbing noise was a bit annoying at times, and the walls between rooms could be better insulated. The outside had scaffolding, so it was a bit off-putting at first, but the inside felt cozy and well-kept.

the bathroom could use a little updating, and the shower holder felt kinda cheap. also, parking was a bit tricky if the small car park is full.
