Had a fantastic time with friends! The staff were super friendly, and there was a great breakfast with lots of options. Clean and comfy rooms made our stay even better!
The only downside was the location by a road junction, which wasn’t very quiet, but it didn’t really bother us at night during our stay.

I loved my time at Lansdowne Bed & Breakfast. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable, the bed felt great after a long day of exploring. The breakfast spread was impressive. so many tasty options to choose from. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and the selection of cereals. The location made it easy to walk around Leamington. the plumbing noise was a bit annoying at times, and the walls between rooms could be better insulated. The outside had scaffolding, so it was a bit off-putting at first, but the inside felt cozy and well-kept.

Comfy beds and great vibes
Had a lovely weekend stay! The location was fab, just a stroll away from the town. The room was cozy, and I loved the cappuccino sachets – such a nice touch! Breakfast had tons of options including fresh fruit and cheese. Just wish the parking wasn't so tight, but I managed to find a spot!

location was excellent and my triple room was super comfy and clean. really liked the table in reception for extra water and tea, nice touch! breakfast options were decent and satisfying. staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. enjoyed the peaceful vibes and cozy environment.
the bathroom could use a little updating, and the shower holder felt kinda cheap. also, parking was a bit tricky if the small car park is full.

easy access to parks and local eateries makes exploring a pleasure
The hotel is just a short walk to Jephson Gardens, where I loved wandering through the beautiful landscapes, and there's a fantastic selection of pubs and cafes, like Leif Tearooms, where I enjoyed delightful meals after my strolls around the area.
